Seeking MDs who have had ETS

Supposedly 1-5% of the population suffers from "hyperhidrosis". Therefore, 1-5% of MDs have it.

Where are the MDs who have had ETS surgery? I haven't found a single one. If anyone can find and doctor who had ETS surgery, please post contact information.
