Mine has increasingly gotten worse too. It was 2 years post op before I got gustatory sweating. Now, there's more areas it affects every week it seems. More different side effects all the time, and none of them good.

I had open surgery lumbar sympathectomies by Dr. S. S. Nakai in Edmonton, Canada. I'm sure he's retired. Several years later, I had open surgery cervical sympathectomies by Dr. A. J. Salvian in Vancouver, Canada. Both were for small vessel disease. The benefits only lasted for less than 2 years, but...
