The feeling is fabulous.

Sweating: only slightly sweating under the knees to the ankle, sitting in the car with open windows
Nose secretion: also improved
Tongue: very slowly getting whiter

While washing my nose less secretion goes out.
My tongue is clear at the tip. I feel that the detoxification is approaching its end.

I cannot assess the degree of my sweating because I am staying at home most of the time and outside is not so hot.

I guess it is sinusitis and I believe I'll cure it.
Every morning I do washing of my nose with salt water.

Yesterday I went on colon cleansing procedure.
I think it was very beneficial. It seem the dryness of my skin is reduced.
Will report later on.

Temp: 18C and windy

Bad news. My nose is running. I was discouraged and disillusioned.
But I will not give up so easily. I do not have another way to go on, so fasting continues.

I feel tired, and I got 6 day off of work. So I am going to stay and relax at home.
