Any other methods to treat palmar HH?

Has anyone ever inquired into plastic surgery treatment for palmar HH? Can sweat glands be removed or the amount of them significanly reduced directly in the hands? Can plastic surgery do anything to help maybe? I'd rather have my hands messed with than damage my nerves with ETS surgery...
