home-made inotophoresis amp ?

Post by mac7 »

hi
i used a home made iontophoresis 4 times at 12 v (looks like it doesnt work or might take long time)

so
got an adaptor (24v 3 A ) as i read that 24v worked with all
but
most people use 1.5-2 amp (sometimes less)
is 3 A safe :?: (am using stailessteal) ?

It doesn't matter, your body which have big resistance will pull only small amount of amps. How much will it pull depends on voltage, and 24 v is safe. I use laptop charger on 24 volts even though it has huge current it doesn't matter because your body wont take all of it.
You can think of it this way... Voltage is like a pressure, and amps are water that flows, you can have lot of water but it wont flow if you don't have enough pressure.
