hi all!
i used to puy my hands in a way that most of the palm is in the upper step of the drionic and only the tip of the fingers are in the water (the first two knuckle) and the thumbe is on the upper step too.
but now i sew a picture in the drionic site and it seems that the woman in tha picture put most of her hand in the water and only a small part of the palm is touching the upper pad.

so what is the right position??
