fear respoces

how do you experience fear, and startlre responses after ets ?
I am talking about uncognitive responses.
for example
1)you hear sudden noise .do you startle ?
2) somone tries to get you scared - do you jump or the response is dimished ?
3) a dog runs out of the corner , what is your responses ? the same as pre ets or somthing else ?
i think you understand what i am talking about . a biological fear reflexes

how do feel fear now ?
