Dizziness

Hello. I had my ETS surgery almost 6 months ago. About almost 2 months ago i started to feel a little dizzy in sitting or standing positions. I dont know if it's related to ETS or not, maybe it can be related to the ears or something like that. I've done some tests about a month ago. I did an ECG, the results were normal. 2D Echocardiogram was also normal. Then i did a Treadmill Stress Test and everything was fine, blood pressure and heart rate were normal. I'm scared that this thing is related to the surgery but with those tests i've done, do you guys think it can still be connected to ets?
