No BS! I'm not a spokesperson for Stanford Hospitals and Clinics by any means. I just want to share my great experience from having been cured of sweaty palms, armpits and feet in 2013. I'm a living proof that Stanford surgeons have cured my sweaty palms, armpits, and feet under one operation without going into the lumbar region or touching any of the lumbar "L" nerves. It was all done at the thoracic level which sets them apart from every other surgeon who goes into the lumbar nerves to do their work to cure the sweaty feet. It was an outpatient procedure and I was able to go home within a couple hours after surgery. Compensatory sweating around my abdomen and legs during sleeping hours only lasted 3-4 months after the surgery. Other than than that, I've had no problems whatsoever and I sweat like a normal person who exercises or eats spicy foods. I'm extremely ecstatic that I no longer experience sweat in my palms, armpits and feet. They specialize in minimally invasive procedures so the scars are barely noticeable (2 scars the size of baby peas underneath each armpit). They use a technique called VATS Sympathectomy not used by any other hospitals or surgeons and they've been able to determine which thoracic "T" nerve that controls sweating of the feet so they are able to cure the sweaty palms, armpits and feet under one surgery. How cool is that! FREEDOM FROM SWEATY PALMS, ARMPITS AND FEET IS UNBELIEVABLE! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!
