T3 or T4 for hand sweating ETS?

So for hand sweating why does the new method say cut T4 but some surgeons say cut T3? Which is it!!!??

T-3 only is the safest approach to date and results in a lesser likelihood of dis-satisfaction compared to T-2 etc...

T-3 plus T-4 targets hand and armpit sweating, but you should NEVER get ETS for armpit sweating and I would leave T-4 alone.

Have you tried all the non-surgical treatments first?
