I used my iontophoresis machine for the first time today, When the 15 mins was up I pulled my hand out to change around and got a shock and again when I pulled out to turn the machine up or down. Is there a way to stop this happening, Also when doing iontophoresis is it the positive or negative end that is effective because I know you have to change polarities around so that must mean on positive or negative is actually doing something?
Look forward to some help on these matters.

With Hidrex and Idromed, there is no need for reverse polarity related mid-treatment changes. If you bought another machine, you will need to ask someone who has used it or contact the manufacturer.
