Can you clarify exactly what the "water fasting" you are doing is? You haven't consumed anything but water for 12 days?

Day: 15th
Outside temp: 25C

I should go outside on a walk or to play billiard. I need some exercises,
but I don't have power enough.

Added after midnight:
Despite of my weakness I went to the gym and worked out for 1,30h.
After that I went in the foot of the mountain for breathing fresh air.
I finish the night in a billiard bar and played for 2,30h :D

I am satisfied with my 15th day.

Day: 16th
Temp: 28-30C outside at the sun

I played tennis in the morning for 2 hours with a personal instructor. The sweating on the face and under-knee area is still
there but significantly reduced.
I did some shopping - tennis trainers and tennis hat.

My hey fever and dry skin problems are also reduced.
I slept for almost 12h.

The journey continues :)

Day: 22

Sweating still continues though it is reduced.
My tongue is still white coated which means that detoxifying also continues.

Day: 24th out of 30
Temp: 26-32C at the sun

Initial weight: 83-84kg
Current weight: 69kg

I feel tired, and I got 6 day off of work. So I am going to stay and relax at home.
No sweating today. No sport. Just driving and talking :)

Day: 25th
Temp: 18C and windy

Bad news. My nose is running. I was discouraged and disillusioned.
But I will not give up so easily. I do not have another way to go on, so fasting continues.

Our noses run to humidify inhaled air. Cold air is less humid so our noses tend to work more in the winter. Some people's noses run more than others (I have this problem) and there's nothing one can do about it. I'm guessing physiognomy plays a part in this. I don't think "curing yourself of toxins" will do anything for your nose.

Hi, superyou.
I guess it is sinusitis and I believe I'll cure it.
Every morning I do washing of my nose with salt water.

Yesterday I went on colon cleansing procedure.
I think it was very beneficial. It seem the dryness of my skin is reduced.
Will report later on.

Day: 27th
Temp:

While washing my nose less secretion goes out.
My tongue is clear at the tip. I feel that the detoxification is approaching its end.

I cannot assess the degree of my sweating because I am staying at home most of the time and outside is not so hot.

Yep, superyou, any idea has its supporters and opponents.

The most important argument in favor of fasting is that it saves you money instead of spending.

Obviously abstaining from food (carefully) might be a good thing for those wishing to lose weight but, and I say this as someone curious and interested in this, nothing I've read online offers any evidence that any "detoxification" or "curing" will occur.

Your linked text offers exactly two benefits to fasting:
This will allow our digestive system to recover from the abuse: from eating too much, eating unhealthy foods or eating at the wrong time.
One doesn't need to fast to do this.
It also allows us to get rid of toxins in our bodies.
Again, no proof is offered that this is something that actually happens.

My intentions was to point out that water fasting is yoga practice old enough to prove its benefits.

If you want to get familiar about its health effect you need to read a lot more.
I can send you e-books and links.
Most famous of them are:
- Water fasting can save you life, by H. Shelton
- Fasting and Eating for Health, by Dr. Joel Fuhrman

http://www.allaboutfasting.com/books-on ... sting.html

They are writing about healing diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune diseases, obesity, sinusitis, etc.

Be patient I will let you know about my results no matter if they are good or bad.

It is the end of day 29th.
My tongue is still white. My skin is a little bit better.
Tomorrow morning I will continue on fruit fasting, because my friends and relatives are very worried about my health.
