Abolished InsP3R2 function inhibits sweat secretion

It would be nice if you could post a small summary of the literature rather than just the link.
Because all i got out of it was that a gene was mutated in this Pakistani family that resulted in anhidrosis. Unfortunately I don't see how this can help any one of us since none of us here are affected by this mutation.
