What to do when pregnant

I have one of the Hidrex Machines which I use once/twice a week on my hands and feet which is amazing, honestly has changed my life having this machine. I know they are expensive but I have had mine now for 7-8 years and it is still working. I now constantly worry about what I will do when I am pregnant or trying for a baby as you can't use this machine. Does anyone have any other options/medication that can be used whilst pregnant?
