After having the nerve ends joined with a piece of vein, recovery is very slow as expected. Over 2 years on now, and if I seriously push myself at the gym, my hands and face will sweat a little. The CS is much the same however, and I still have to wear a singlet under my shirt for daily activities. ...

Hi, From my experience, I wouldn't advise having the procedure. I went ahead because I was told if it didn't work out for me it could be reversed (read my post on 11 Feb - Tell Your Story). In answer to your questions: 1 & 2. Yes, I still exercise at the same intensity, but I wear darker gym clothes...
