How is the machine? Is it still working good for you?

Im willing to spend up to $1000 US dollars for a machine. Of course the cheaper the better but as long as it helps me with my sweaty hands then its all good. Which machine is recommend? Thanks I am so glad I found these forums or else I might of went and go the ETS.
