I was not aware of a glycopyrolate lotion. This seems like it would be a good option. I once tried "Secure Wipes" which are cotton pads soaked with glycopyrolate. I found them to be effective but they are expensive.

Looking back over this thread I'm thinking of trying the silicon electrodes...

The fact that this is a homemade setup makes no difference. As far as I know most of the commercial iontophoresis machines work the same way with a stainless steel connection. I don't remember that any parts of my feet were later in becoming dry than others. That fact that it has worked on part of your feet so far is very encouraging! It is perhaps possible it might take a little longer on heels and toes because the skin is thicker there. Maybe?

One more question: How soon after the treatment did you become dry? Was it instant?

How did you find out about osteopathy as a HH cure? Is there anything online about this?

Also, forgive my probing questions. We get people who arrive on this forum with the story of their magic cure, which is usually vague and then we never hear from them again.

Could you supply for us some more details? What exactly were your HH symptoms? (ie. when did you sweat? how bad?) And what exact treatment did you recieve from the osteopath? What exactly were the results? (complete dryness?)
