2004 we protested to Taiwan Healthy department. The result is government decided to stop ETS under 20 . 2006, there is another "Pre-Evaluation agreement" before ETS. That means before ETS , there is a Evaluation test and consultant for ETS. I have known that it makes ETS falling down. One ETS surge...

I'll ask Hpymaker at EZ board...last I had heard, no one under 18 (or 21) could have ETS in Taiwan.

does anyone know what the current ETS status is?



the *child-ban* has been in place a while,...and we had hoped it was 1st step into banning ETS totally in taiwan
