Hi,
I just wanted to share something I observed. I'm often suffering from cold and sweaty hands, even when doing workouts or sports. So recently I was jumping on a trampoline, on which my hands often remain cold too. But as soon as I start deep abdominal breathing for a few minutes, they get really warm, reliably. I'm actually convinced that breathing is key. The trick seems to be to engage in abdominal breathing all the time.
