ETS and heart rhythm disorder

Hi everybody. I am preparing for my first assessment appointment with a thoracic surgeon. I'm firm moving forward with ETS but would like to discuss what will be best for my surgery.

I read a post on here about ETS that T3, T4, T5 left side only is best for heart racing and rhythm disorder. I have a condition that when I drip and sense the heat in my palms and feet, I feel miserable and struggle to speak. It's like my heart is racing and I'm out of breath so I can't speak. Instances like:

- I am at a bank waiting in line for a teller and the sweat in my palms made me anxious like I'm going to rob the bank.

- Speaking in a small group setting. While sweating in palms and feet, I can feel my voice shaking. However when I'm outside, the cold temperature makes my palms and feet dry, I can overcome the fear, and speak up more easily.

- Speaking in public. I delivered 2 presentations in the same setting on 2 different days. The difference is one day is cold, and I don't feel the heat in my palms, I still feel nervous at first but then overcome it and speak normally. On the day after when I drip, my voice was shaking the whole time till the end. After this occasion, I questioned myself as I can't explain why, and I concluded this must be it - hyperhidrosis.

I know these are also social anxiety, but I'm willing to take my chance with ETS. I don't want to live in fear like this anymore.

I want to target both hands and feet, so it will be T3 + T4. To also target heart racing rhythm disorder, I will tell my surgeon to do T3 + T4 + left side T5. Is this correct?
