Does anyone know much about Dr. Nielsen's SDLA procedure? Does he guarantee no pain and at least some sweat reduction? Thanks.

Are you still considering sdla? I would advise you to read some of the posts on this website by myself and others. I had it done on my feet and had to learn to walk again after two months. I was told I would walk again in two days.
