I didn’t have the problem with HH until I was menopausal and now it’s awful especially in cold weather

This is good news . I wouldn't be surprised if this were down to hormones.

I found I changed where are sweated in my 30s. My pits used to be really bad and now, while they are comstantly damp, it's nowhere near as bad. My head however has gotten worse.
