Sweating out dead skin? HELP!

Ok, so I have a question, Somtimes I purposley sweat myself in a hot box cause not only do I feel better but it decreased my sweating in normal life. But I seem to be sweating solids of some kind, When I sweat heavy and rub my skin I get these pencil eraser like shaving which ball up on my skin, They are dark brown and have the consistency of fine pulp when rubbing it in my finger. This happens heavier when I have not had a good sweating session for some time as I like to call it. What is this? Dead skin? Tocxins? Very odd. I looked all over and cannot find any docuumented cases online. HELP!
