I have had HH since my teens and I'm now in my 40s. Mostly manage my HH with ionto for hands and antihydral for feet but I get it everywhere so there are still bad days as I'm sure many of you can relate to.
I am a bit of a nerd and I like organising things into spreadsheets and I created a database of products and treatments that can be used to help combat HH. Link is not working in this forum but the link from my reddit post of the same thing is and can be found https://www.reddit.com/r/hyperhidrosis_ ... treatment/. The HHDB is a MS Excel embed so you can't see my details and I can't see your details. There are 5 tabs:
- HH treatments is a filterable/sortable list of treatment and the details
Database key with a guide to the contents of the first tab
HH causes (HH effectors plus related tests and disorders)
A list of current/ongoing clinical trials in the area of HH
A list of all clinical trials in HH ever

Please do let me know if there is anything you think should be added and I wish you a dry and happy day
